Do you ship internationally?

Sure, we do! We are happy to offer free shipping worldwide for all orders. For more information, please check out Shipping & Delivery.

However, we only offer shipping with tracking information for countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, so that the delivery status is available. That's because the delivery to these regions may take longer than the estimated delivery time, and it's easier when you can track the delivery status of your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The estimate delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany, up to 7 working days within Europe, and 8-14 working days outside of Europe. For more details, please check out Shipping & Delivery.

Please note that these are estimates and the actual delivery time might vary due to reasons out of our control, especially in cases caused by weather conditions or customs delay.

How can I track my order status?

If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with the tracking information once we ship your order. In any case, you can follow your order status by signing into your account. You will find one of the following statuses: Payment Accepted, Preparation in Progress, or Shipped. If you have a question about your tracking information or delivery status, contact us and we'll look it up for you.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, SOFORT Banking (Sofortüberweisung), and bank transfer to our account in Germany - transfers within the Eurozone cost the same as a domestic transfer and are often free of charge.

How does bank transfer payment work?

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, once the order is placed you will receive via email our bank details and instructions to make a bank transfer to our account in Germany. Please issue the payment in euros and include the order reference to the transfer so that we can identify the payment. Your order will be on pending status until we receive the payment in our account. If the payment is not received within 5 working days since the order was placed, the order will unfortunately be cancelled. Please contact us if you need more than 5 working days or if you have any questions regarding the bank transfer.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return an item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us and share with us your return reason. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. We will process your request within 7-14 days upon receipt of the package. Please check the full details on Returns & Exchanges.

Can I return a used item?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned item that has already been used. All the returns have to be in original packages and labels, and it must be in unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in unused condition.

Can I return earrings?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of earrings or any other jewelry that passes through piercings.


Can I send someone a gift?

Of course! Simply indicate the delivery address at the checkout process so that we can send the gift on your behalf. We will include a delivery slip without the price information inside the package. We can also include a personal note on your behalf (don't forget to tell us in the comment field what to write :)

Please note that, if you are paying with PayPal, the billing and delivery address have to be in the same country as the PayPal account. That's a PayPal restriction that we have to follow. In case the billing and delivery address are in different countries, you can simply note this detail in the comment box at checkout (you may state the delivery address is the same as billing address). Leave the preferred delivery address in the comment box, and we will ship to the address mentioned in the comment box instead.


How can I redeem my coupon?

You can redeem your coupon at checkout. By entering the coupon code at checkout we will automatically deduct the value from the total amount. Enjoy your discount!

How can I get coupons?

We share a surprise coupon code from time to time with our customers via newsletter, and our followers via our instagram account @heyhappinessofficial, so please do sign up our newsletter or follow us on instagram to be updated with our latest treats.

"Sharing is Caring" Referral Program

I've shared my link with several friends who have all placed orders. Can I use more than one coupon code on the same order for a discount greater than 10 €?

Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be used per order, therefore one shall place different orders in order to redeem all of the coupon code that you have available.

Does my friend have a time limit in which to place their order using my link?

The link is valid for 30 days from the time it is opened. If no order has been placed within that time period, and your friend clicks on the link a second time, the link will continue to be valid for another 30 days from that day on. So as long as your friend clicks on the link within the first 30 days after receiving it, they will have plenty of time to place their order.

Should I create a new link each time I want to share it?

No, once you have generated a link, that link is uniquely yours, but you can use/share it multiple times. If you try to generate a new link, you will always get the one and same link.

I have not received my coupon code yet and my friend has already placed an order.

Once an order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days until it is processed. Then, once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your 10 € coupon code. Simply wait until you receive this email and enter the code before finalizing your order.

My code is not working. What should I do?

Make sure the order you are using the code for has a minimum order value of 59 €. Also, double check the validity of the code—each code is valid for 7 days after you receive the email containing the code and notifying you your friend’s order has been shipped to them. If you still have questions, please contact our customer service.

Can I share the link on social media platforms?

Of course, please feel free to share it however you want!

How many times can I share the link?

You can share your link as many times as you like—there is no limitation... happiness has no limits. :)


Do I need to create an account in order to buy?

Nope. You can checkout as a guest without creating an account.

However, if you already bought from us before and are planning to buy from us in the future (which we hope is the case :), it is worth creating an account, so that you can have your shipping details pre-filled and jump straight to the final step of the checkout. Plus, you will be able to earn points and get a gift of your choice in our Reward Program.

Can I convert a guest account into a user account?

Yes, surely you can! First, find the status of the order you placed as a guest by visiting Order Status. You will need the order reference. Then at the bottom of the page you will find the option to convert your guest account into a user account by providing a password.

If you don't have the order reference anymore, please email us at support-en [at] heyhappiness [dot] com from the email you used to place your order, and we will convert the account for you. In this case, you should use the Forgot your password? page to set a new password.


What if the product I want to order is out of stock?

When a product is out of stock, you can choose to receive an email when it becomes available again. Just click on the 'Notify Me' button and we will let you know when the item is back in stock. You need to be signed in to subscribe to these alerts.

I saw something I really like on your website, but I could not find it anymore. What should I do?

We are constantly updating our collection. Instead of mass production, we’d like to make our products and collections unique and update them often, so that products you purchased from us are truly unique. We try to not restock the items once they are sold out, but if there are a big amount of requests to bring back an item, we may continue with another small restock. To know the status of an item, please send us a message and we will look it up for you.

How can I add products to my wishlist?

In order to add products to your wishlist, you will need to create an account. After you sign in to your account, look for the "heart" icon in product, category or even home page. Click on this icon to add the product to your wishlist. You can view these items at the "Wishlist" section of "My Account".
