National Reshipping Fee

Depending on the reason for your return, we may charge you an additional shipping fee if you would like us to resend your parcel.

The following return reasons require a shipping fee when resending:
• Incorrect address - recipient entered a wrong or invalid address
• Unclaimed - your parcel was left in the local post office and not claimed during the allotted time.

Costs:
National reshipping fee: 3,80 EUR
International reshipping fee: 4,50 EUR
