Muschelschale Herz Ohrstecker Vergoldet

After 3 months the gem fell off, despite only a moderate use and a lot of attention to not ruin it, not wash it, etc.
This is already the second pair of earrings from this website that I have with this problem which indicates its overall poor quality, even on various type of earrings.

I am not impressed by the quality but I am highly satisfied with the excellent customer service. Once I left my review, I was immediately contacted and offered a replacement item. I can only hope that it will last more this time around.

Update (Nov 2024)
The replacement earrings that I was sent in July 2024 have now lost the center ornament piece as well, after only 4 months.
Too bad, they were my favorite pair of earrings but the quality is too poor, they don't withstand continuous wear.

Updated (27 Nov). I was offered a replacement pair of earrings. I am always impressed with the customer service of this company.

I quite like the design, unfortunately I can't wear them long as my skin gets raw after a couple of days wearing them (slight issue with the backside of the studs).
It should be mentioned, that they have excellent customer service! After my issue Anna reached out to me and offered many different options to solve the problem. Will be sure to keep an eye out for anything else that catches my fancy!
