What can I have engraved? Names, initials, dates and short messages. Depending on the piece also a photo, a drawing, handwriting, a fingerprint, a baby's hand and footprint or a pet portrait.
How does the engraving work? Choose a piece, type your text into the engraving field on the product page or upload your picture, and place the order. We engrave it by laser.
How much text fits on a pendant? Less than you might think: short reads best. On the handwriting pendants we recommend 4 to 9 characters per line, depending on the shape.
What is the jewelry made of? Most pieces are stainless steel: waterproof and hypoallergenic, and fine for swimming and showering. A few are 925 sterling silver. Gold and rose gold versions are plated.
Can I return an engraved piece? No. A piece engraved to your order is made for you alone, so it is excluded from returns and exchanges. Please check spelling and dates before you order.
