What size bracelet do I need? Measure your wrist and add 1 to 2 cm. Most of our bracelets are 15 to 16.5 cm long and have an extension of 3.5 to 5 cm. Most adjust up to between 18 and 21 cm; 20 cm is the most common.
What are the bracelets made of? Mostly stainless steel, plus 925 sterling silver and a few solid gold pieces. Gold and rose gold versions are plated, unless the product is marked as solid gold.
Can I leave my bracelet on in the water? Stainless steel pieces are waterproof and hypoallergenic, and can be worn while swimming or showering. Over time a piece may look a bit darker. Clean it with toothpaste, rinse it with water, and the shine is back. For 925 sterling silver we recommend avoiding perfume, deodorant and other chemicals.
How do I wear several bracelets? Combine different styles in one metal colour, for example a chain bracelet with a charm bracelet or a heart bracelet.
What if it does not fit? You have 30 days to return or exchange it.
